PCI Compliance

For the past 7 years we've standardized on InstantSSL and Comodo for our digital certificates and SSL security - the thing that makes your websites secure. As with every aspect of the web industry there are changes. One of the changes that occured was the advent of PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance. We've discussed this previously as you started seeing increases in your processing fees for non-compliance. Here is an article with links that describes the process to compliance - click here.

Comodo has now made recent advancements to help. HackerGuardian and HackerProof incude new advancements that are now available to Readywebgo. We can now assist you further by supplying you with the means to validate your quarterly and annual PCI Compliance requirements.

For our clients that use digital certicicates from Comodo for securing websites to accept and process credit card payments, you must adhere to the standards of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. You also must provide validation quarterly in the form of a Compliant scan from an Approved Scanning Vendor (like Comodo) and an annual Compliant Self-Assessment Questionnaire (which Comodo can now provide in Wizard format).

Since we're sure you have more questions about PCI Compliance, HackerGuardian, Comodo's Product Manager for HackerGuardian and all SSL certificates, Alex Kehayias, recently gave a webinar about PCI Compliance. As a Comodo partner we have added HackerGuardian to our product portfolio to help support you. We want to make this information available to our clients so we can continue our policy of transparency and open dialogue with you, our clients.
